Bob & Vickie Levy

Bob Levy has always had an instinct for recognizing coming trends. In 1969, when he was a clothing salesman, he sensed a major trend about to occur in the fashion industry and opened the first store in the south that sold bell-bottoms -- The Merry Go Round -- in Atlanta, Georgia. Within two years, that one store grew to a chain of seventeen and eventually 1400 stores, nationwide! "The best part of that period," Bob says, "was meeting Vickie, my beautiful wife and soul mate." Vickie and Bob’s long marriage of 37 years and being in business together for most of that time, speaks for their relationship. “When two people are in business together, you must talk about things and respect each other's opinion, in order to build anything, together...... and be happy. They admit to up’s and downs, but says Vickie, “it’s the obstacles that make you strong, if you don’t give up”.
